Hooch Blast is a South African fruit-flavoured spritzer made from a fruit-based ale. Unlike its UK counterpart which sometimes uses a vodka base, the Blast version relies on a fermented malt beer base for its alcohol content. This gives it a distinctly different flavour profile from a traditional spirit cooler.
