Avvatar is a sports nutrition brand owned by Parag Milk Foods Ltd, an Indian dairy company. Devendra Shah founded Parag Milk Foods in 1992, playing a key role in Avvatar's creation and strategy.

According to corporate records, in 2011, Myprotein was acquired by The Hut Group (THG).
