According to McDonald's official ingredient list, the vanilla soft serve base used in all McFlurry desserts, including the Oreo McFlurry, explicitly contains milk. This means that for anyone with a dairy allergy, lactose intolerance, or who follows a vegan diet, the standard Oreo McFlurry is not a suitable option.
