Many full-fat creams can be high in Syns, with double cream reaching up to 3.5 Syns per tablespoon, making them a challenge on the plan. Fortunately, you have many excellent low-Syn options for what you can use instead of cream on Slimming World to keep your favourite recipes deliciously creamy.
