What Milk Has Growth Hormones In It?

According to the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA), all cow's milk naturally contains small amounts of a growth hormone called bovine somatotropin (bST). While no hormones are ever added directly to milk, some conventional dairy cows are treated with a synthetic version known as recombinant bovine somatotropin (rBST or rBGH) to increase milk production.
