According to a Lindt FAQ, while some of their dark chocolate recipes do not contain milk ingredients, all of their products are manufactured in facilities that also process milk. For this reason, those with a severe dairy allergy should not consume Lindt 70% dark chocolate due to the high risk of cross-contamination.
