As of late 2025, plain, fat-free quark is still officially a Free Food on the Slimming World Food Optimising plan. This means members can continue to enjoy it in unlimited amounts to help with their weight loss goals. However, important terminology changes are coming in 2026, which will affect how other products are categorised.
