                                According to a 2025 study in the journal *Nature Medicine*, a diet high in processed foods can inhibit weight loss, while another study from Harvard found a high intake was linked to a greater risk of early death. These findings highlight the importance of understanding and identifying ultra-processed food in your daily diet.
