In one of Australia's largest private company transactions, Swisse Wellness was acquired in 2015 by what is now known as the Health & Happiness (H&H) Group, answering the question of who is the parent company of Swisse Wellness. The global health and nutrition corporation completed its full acquisition of the Australian vitamin brand by 2017.

Founded in 2019, the wellness brand Bloom Nutrition has evolved its ownership structure significantly since its inception. While co-founders Mari Llewellyn and Greg LaVecchia remain integral, a larger corporate entity, Nutrabolt, has progressively increased its stake, ultimately acquiring a majority ownership position.

According to court documents from January 2025, a federal judge allowed a class-action lawsuit to proceed against Dave's Killer Bread over allegations of misleading protein content labeling. This issue, along with controversies surrounding founder Dave Dahl's erratic behavior and the company's acquisition by Flowers Foods, has fueled the ongoing Dave's bread controversy.
